My Story
I’m Sudha Mani—Digital Business Architect, Creator of the AWESOME™ Framework, and a woman on a mission to help knowledge experts build scalable, freedom-first businesses powered by strategy, systems, and soul.
For over 30 years, I’ve turned chaos into clarity—first as a database developer and software architect, and now as a strategic guide for coaches, consultants, and creators who want to digitise their expertise and design a business that serves their life (not the other way around).
My Turning Point
In 2011, I craved more time freedom. I wanted a business that didn’t eat my energy or depend entirely on me. That’s when I built the first version of the AWESOME™ Framework—a simple but powerful 7-step model to help me engineer a business that could survive and thrive, no matter what.
My first real client? A woman named Sarah-Anne. She was an IT support professional and a brand-new mum who wanted to use her nutrition diploma to stay home with her baby. I offered to help—if she was serious. And she was.Together, we built her a business using the original AWESOME™ blueprint—and in less than a year, she had a six-figure online income. That was my moment of truth: this system worked not just for me, but for others.
From Blueprint to AI-Powered Engine
Over the years, I refined the system. In 2017, I began layering in automation, chatbots, and AI to simplify growth for small business owners. And in 2024, AWESOME™ 2.0 was born—an upgraded version of the framework that embeds smart tech and AI into every stage of business growth.
